Naples Heritage Golf and Country Club is located off of Davis Boulevard between the major roads of Santa Barbara Boulevard and Radio Road. Naples Heritage Golf and Country Club is a financially sound community and has been owed by the members since 1999. With two reputable builders, Lennar and US Homes, several home building styles were introduced into the community providing plenty of variety. Single-family homes range in size from approximately 2,000 square feet to 3,500 square feet under air and come complete with a standard screened lanai. Villa homes range in size from approximately 1,500 square feet to 2,100 square feet under air and come with a screened lanai as well. Verandas range in size from approximately 1,333 square feet to 1,661 square feet under air and offer a Floridian courtyard and two lanais. Terrace Condominiums range in size from approximately 1,194 square feet to 1,400 square feet with screened lanai. Sub-divisions in Naples Heritage Golf and Country Club include Arbor Lakes, Cypress Pointe, Glen Abbey, Naples Heritage, Terrace At Arbor Lakes, Terrace At Prestwick, Terrace At Stoneybrook, Veranda At Arbor Lakes, Veranda At Heritage Links, Veranda At Prestwick, Veranda At Southern Links, Villas At Glen Abbey, and Villas At Kilkenny. A majority of the homes here offer great backyard views of either the lush natural preserves, well-manicured fairways, or pristine water views. Naples Heritage Golf and Country Club is known for it’s uncharacteristically low housing density due to homes only being built on two hundred acres out of a grand total of five hundred and fifty acres. The remaining acreage was set aside as untouched land, water features, and the fairways. With all the natural preserves, it isn’t uncommon to see protected wildlife and birds claiming the area home.
The clubhouse at Naples Heritage Golf and Country Club is as spacious as it is useful. The main dining room can hold more than two hundred guests for a private function or social gathering. If that isn’t enough, an additional room is available for residents, the Grille Room, and both rooms sport spectacular views of the eighteen hole golf course designed by internationally acclaimed architect, Gordon Lewis. The golf course offers five sets of tees for players of all skill levels to have a swing at. The course was renovated with Champion Grass in 2005 and is maintained annually. With the golf membership being bundled into the homes, you won’t have to worry about any initiation fees or greens fees. The community will only charge you for cart fees. Once you master your home course, Naples Heritage Golf and Country Club offers a reciprocal golf program as well for the months of May through October with over fifty local communities.
Additional onsite amenities include multi-purpose rooms within the Clubhouse, four lighted soft clay tennis courts near the Clubhouse and an additional two more courts spread throughout the community, a resort style pool with four more located within select sub-divisions as well, a state-of-the-art fitness center complete with free weights and exercise machines, and heated sauna.
